I would like you to explain me the reason why a boat Aqualum was sunk last week near Santo Domingo. As result of that, a friend of mine was dead drowned. Aparently there was not any abnormal or dangerous condition in weather at the day of the accident and nevertheless the boat went down to the bottom of the sea. Than you very much in advance. F.
